I’ve gotten in touch with my roots again & have re-adopted the monochromatic palette. As the saying goes, I’ll stop wearing black when they invent a darker color. I was sent this dress slash cover-up from Salsit and it’s a great transitional piece moving from Summer to Autumn. I wore this as a cover-up (it unbuttons all the way down) at the beach previously, and as a dress below. Since it’s sheer you can play up what you wear inside and here I’ve opted for a strappy bralette & some short shorts. I threw on my H&M wide-brimmed hat with this number, because one-it literally goes with everything & 2nd- my roots are disastrous. I actually got a  root touch-up last night so I’m pretty esscited. Straying off topic for a bit-  I’ve been getting lots of questions about my hair & what products I use to get this color & maintain this color. I’ve been using the amazing Color Endure Violet Shampoo from Joico. This shampoo is a lustrous & thick purple shampoo that tones out the brassiness in my hair & achieves an icy look. But when I keep the shampoo in for longer than directed, it gives my hair a lavender hue. Bend the rules & look good while doing it.
